I am 46 years old, I have been to a lot of different dentist in my lifetime, I plan on making Dr. Chan the last, I speak for my entire family, when I say I have not been to a Dr. that shows as much care about us, He always makes sure you are fully aware what you need and don't need, He actually makes the experience a pleasure. I would reccomend him to anyone, Thanks Dale

I appreciate that the appointments are not scheduled so closely that Dr. Chan must move from patient to patient. I also like the fact that the doctor does the dental cleanings himself, as I feel he is able to visually evaluate the condition of my teeth as he cleans them, not just depending on x-rays. Like the convenient location. Nice, friendly staff from the time you enter the office.

The office was very clean, the staff were genuinely friendly. Dr. Jonathan Chan seemed genuinely caring and can tell he cares about his patients and enjoys what he does, and knowledgeable about your hygiene of your teeth.

We have been searching for the right DDS office in our area and in search of finding a great DDS, and I think we found the right place. We left feeling really great and felt like a brand new person since our teeth felt thoroughly cleaned, and the staff are genuinely friendly.

The cleaning of mine and my husband's teeth by you was very thorough and really appreciated you taking time to analyze our teeth and did really great job at cleaning it as well. We can tell you enjoy what you do and you are passionate about it. And you seem very knowledgeable in what you do. Thanks for caring! You have great customer service and that's really important! Continue treating your patients with care and with great customer service and your patients will continue to go to you. I will fill out one survey for the entire Donato family. We love Dr. Chan. All of my daughters are so comfortable with him, including our 2 year old. Our 6 year old had to have her first tooth pulled out by Dr. Chan and she wasn't afraid at all. In fact, she continues to wiggle teeth loose and then asks if Dr. Chan can do the rest. In this economy, everyone is struggling so we are very grateful that we're never bombarded with charges that we weren't expecting. or asked to do additional "optional

Dr. Chan and his staff are incredibly friendly and made me feel so comfortable during my visit. I would highly recommend West Roseville Family Dental to anyone.......especially if you have a fear of the dental chair!

Dr. Chan and his staff are wonderful. I have never felt more comfortable in a dental office. The receptionist/assistant is thorough explaining my financial dental plan, as well as being extremely knowledgeable with dental questions I had. It's refreshing to be here after experiencing a few traumatic dental appointments elsewhere in my lifetime. Dr. Chan and his assistant work well together, and I am excited to get my health better with them. Thank you! -Danielle Nash

I had two fillings that needed to be replaced, they had been in my mouth for so long, one tooth was cracking. Dr. Chan was so gentle, I didn't even feel the shot for the novacaine! My teeth look and feel great! I highly recommend him, his staff is great too!

Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Chan is patient and does a good job of explaining what he is doing and why. He is not about over selling his services and gives options so you can make the best decision for your situation. I get a reminder in the mail and a phone call as well for each appointment. Kelly and Kristen and great too. I also enjoy the relaxing music. I wish they played the Christmas shoes song more often- Maybe I'll call the radio station and request it for next time. Brian

Very friendly office from the time you walk in to when you leave. Very little wait time if any for scheduled appointment. Detailed explanations are given as well as your options. The entire office makes you feel like you have been a patient there and they have known you forever from your very first visit. The atmosphere is calming and not over stimulating(I have a son with a disability and this makes it tougher when there is over stimulation.)I would and have already recommended this office!

This was my 3rd visit to Dr. Chan's office, and the first time for dental work (the other two were cleanings) - and just as with my first visits Dr. Chan and his staff were amazing. Friendly, engaging, and very focused on making sure I was comfortable at all times. Plus, when I told them I had a conference call later that morning, Dr. Chan made sure to numb my mouth in such a way that I could effectively talk on my call! Those are the kinds of traits you just don't find very often.

Kristen is fantastic. Professional. Responsive. I am impressed every time I call your office. Dr Chan is excellent. I believe he truly has my best interest in mind when he makes treatment decisions. And he is very good at keeping an eye on me during dental procedures and adjusting medication when needed.

I've never been so impressed with a dentist's office as I was with Dr. Chan's. The staff are OUTSTANDING (Kristen and Kelly - you both rock!) - and Dr. Chan was fabulous. He answered all my questions in great detail, made sure he addressed all my concerns and provided a very thorough cleaning and new patient review. I feel like I had the very best of care. And the office is impressive as well: bright and modern, with digital x-rays and TV screens in the procedure rooms. Keep it up!

"Going to the dentist" cannot get much better than this! Anytime I hear anyone say they need a dentist I give them Dr. Chan's name and number. The staff is very friendly and I never have to wait when I come in for my appointment. Dr. Chan is very informative and gives me good information so that I can better take care of my teeth. I feel very comfortable in their care and I look forward to my next teeth cleaning!
